"Kacie Fields isn't your average Insurance Account Representative. You may be thinking, well Dillan, what does an average Insurance Account Representative for State Farm look like? The truth is. I'm not sure. Kacie represents local. She is one of those people you meet that makes you realise, "this is why I love Louisiana, and this is why I love Thibodaux and why I'm choosing State Farm." Comfort. Kindness and detail comes easy for Kacie. With her beautiful, glowing smile she makes you feel right at home and gets right to work. Within minutes she pulled up my previous policy and got to working on a quote for my vehicle that I had just purchased. I'm still currently shopping for insurance but nowhere else has matched the quality and care that Kacie has shown me. She expressed that she not only has a deep love for helping people through state Farm but helping people in general! Having a good heart is a dime a dozen these days but Kacie is a natural. I hope she continues to grow in this field at State Farm and I look forward to re-visitng her once I finish shopping around for insurance, but something about that quality service she gave me, has me google maps'ing my way back to the State Farm in Thibodaux!"
